Summer should make it easier to eat healthy with all of the fresh produce, but between summer cookouts, long weekends, beach days, and the ice cream man sometimes your "salads" have more mayo than veggies, and your fruit bowl is replaced with a push pop! Learn healthy summer swapouts you can use at home, on the go, or at a party.

Morning Boot Camps are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5:45-6:30 am and evening Boot Camps are held every Monday 6:30-7:15p.m., Tuesday 5:45-6:30 p.m. and 6:30-7:15p.m., Thursday 5:45-6:30 p.m. and 6:30-7:15p.m. at A Healthy Balance Studio, 14B Alleyne Street, Quincy (October-March ).
